Spinal arachnoid diverticulum (SAD) is considered a rare disease in cats and it is characterized as a focal dilatation of the subarachnoid space that causes progressive spinal cord compression and subsequent clinical signs. Previous reports mainly classified SAD in cats as acquired. The objective of this multicenter observational retrospective study was to describe the signalment, clinical presentation, diagnostic imaging findings, and outcome in a group of cats with SAD.
